Hi there, my name is Mark Guest. I have been in the construction industry for over 40 years. I have been licensed and insured in four states as a contractor for over 30 yrs. Also, during that time, I worked for approximately 5 years in facilities/maintenance to to care for both commercial and residential buildings. Also, I have done make ready projects for rental properties and homes for sale, including some of my own. Most of my experience has been in remodeling, including: carpentry, painting, drywall, light plumbing, tile, and light electrical. I don’t have a crew, so what I looking to do are mainly smaller jobs. I find that when I do larger remodels when the customers are home causes too much stress on the customers and on me as well. I do have some photos of some of my work, but most of what I have done was before digital cameras and smart phones I believe that there is a need for this kind of service. When I was

younger, I saw a concrete mixer truck that had “Find a Need and Fill it”written on its side. This is my goal for this service.
